We start out by walking your property and listening. Our initial conversation helps us understand your goals, priorities and how you want to use your outdoor space. We assess your site conditions and outline next steps clearly.

Design + Selections
Based on the consultation, we develop a plan that aligns function, aesthetics and long-term durability. We bring material samples and books to your door and help guide you through the selection process, layout decisions and key details so every choice fits your space, vision and budget.

Installation
Our team executes the plan with precision and care. We manage crews, timelines and site coordination while keeping communication clear throughout the build. If changes need to be made during the installation process, will initiate a change order process that includes you every step of the way. Respect for your property, your budget and attention to detail are non-negotiables.

Quality + Assurance Check
We don’t consider a project finished until we ensure everything meets our standards and yours. During our final walkthrough, we review the details, answer any questions you may have and ensure your space is ready for everyday life. Because we believe in delivering an elevated experience, our service continues after the tools are packed away. We’ll return to your property within 4 weeks of project completion for a complimentary follow-up visit to ensure everything has settled correctly and our craftsmanship stands the test of time and elements.
